Observing a Student's Behavior
The student that I observed was a bright, intelligent child but was very disruptive and lacked social skills. This student was told on by another student that he was talking during a make-up spelling test in the hallway. My host teacher sat him down and explained that he wasn't allowed to talk during a test and that the same rules apply when students are in the hallway taking make-up tests. She threatened that he should get an F even though he studied and got a 100%. But she did not give him a zero, she gave him a 100%. The student remained silent as she talked to him. But this student was sly. He would get out of his seat, not follow directions, and pick on another student all behind my host teacher's back. The student was unaware that I was observing him. But my host teacher knows that he is a student that is disruptive and is an instigator.

Wow! Do you think he is bored and trying to distract himself?
